Tap into your darker side with fabrics from Alexander Henry. “The fabric of imagination” and the fabric dear to our hearts. We love the Day of the Dead themes and shriek with delight when new bolts arrive. We know you’ll love them, too.
Folklorico Cartas Marcadas features our favorite Day of the Dead spirits as skeletons in action, painting, cooking, boxing, on a stamp motif that’s ready to be split apart for pillows, wall hangings, iPad cases, you name it.
Our Lady of Guadalupe
With the double whammy of Catholic school and a minor in Art History, fueling my interest in religious imagery I am excited that there are so many options to share with you from our favorite fabric manufacturers.
We have enjoyed all of these versions of Our Lady of Guadalupe fabrics but the availability is very sporadic! So celebrate with us these new additions and returning favorites!
Take a class with us!
This is your chance to catch up with our very own Colleen Casey. Learn some great techniques to make a quick quilt or softie. If you have never been to an Expo or Quilt Show, treat yourself and bring a friend. We travel all year long and can’t wait to meet you. Be sure to check our Calendar to see where we’ll be and when our next classes are scheduled.
Join the Sneater Revolution with Colleen.
A Sneater is a snugly plush creature made from recycled sweaters. Hug them, hold them, share them with a kid. Each one is a unique one of a kind handmade creation. Each Sneater has a special pocket to hold your very best smile. Learn to insert plastic (child safe) animal eyes and to do simple hand sewing while you make yours.
You can buy a kit to make your own, take a class with Colleen when you catch up with her at a quilt show, or if you visit any of the galleries that sell her unique sneaters, you can pick one up already made for you.
